Vinted usually emails or generates a return label as a PDF, which is fine if you own a printer — but plenty of sellers and buyers don't. Here's how to get it printed without one.
Step 1: Save the label as a PDF
Download the shipping label from Vinted (usually from the order or shipping section of the app or website) and save it to your phone or computer as a PDF.
Step 2: Upload it to an online printing service
Upload the label PDF here. There's no minimum order, so printing a single label is straightforward and inexpensive — from 15p for a black & white A4 print.
Step 3: Choose delivery and pay
Orders before 2:00 PM UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day, so you can usually have your printed label back within a day or two — well within Vinted's return window.
Step 4: Attach the label and post your parcel
Once your printed label arrives, cut it out, attach it securely to your parcel as Vinted instructs, and drop it at the specified courier or Post Office.
Alternative: check for a QR code option first
Some Vinted shipping partners support showing a QR code at a drop-off point instead of a printed label — check the app before printing if you'd rather avoid it altogether. If a printed label is required, printing and posting it to yourself is usually faster and cheaper than a special trip to a print shop.
