Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 January 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the printle document printing and delivery service. By placing an order or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Availability and Location
printle provides a document printing and delivery service within the United Kingdom only. By using this service, you confirm that you currently reside in the United Kingdom and that you are accessing and using the service solely within the United Kingdom. We do not accept orders from users outside the UK and do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.
3. Description of Services
printle offers on-demand document printing and delivery. Our service is limited to the printing of user-submitted documents and the delivery of printed materials. We do not review, edit, verify, or provide advice on the content of documents except as required to comply with these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders must be placed through our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
5. File Uploads and Supported Formats
Only PDF files are supported for upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are complete, accurate, and suitable for printing. We are not responsible for formatting errors, missing pages, incorrect layouts, or any issues arising from the content or structure of the uploaded file.
6. Printing and Quality
We use professional printing equipment; however, minor variations in colour, alignment, or finish may occur. If you believe there is a defect caused by our printing process, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any reprints or refunds are at our discretion and are limited to the value of the original order.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may only be cancelled before printing has commenced. Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required by law or where a confirmed printing fault has occurred.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party courier services or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using our service, you grant printle a limited licence to process, print, and deliver your documents solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your content.
10. Prohibited Content
You must not upload, submit, or request the printing of any content that is unlawful, illegal, or against the law in any way under the laws of the United Kingdom.
This includes, but is not limited to, material that is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, intimidating, defamatory, discriminatory, or intended to cause harm or distress.
You must not upload content that promotes or facilitates criminal activity, terrorism, extremism, violence, self-harm, abuse, or exploitation of any person or group.
You must not upload fraudulent, misleading, forged, or counterfeit documents, including but not limited to fake identification, certificates, tickets, licences, or official documents.
You must not upload copyrighted or protected material unless you have the legal right and permission to reproduce it.
You must not use our service to send abusive, threatening, harassing, or malicious correspondence to individuals, businesses, or organisations.
11. Enforcement and Cooperation with Authorities
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or report any order that we believe breaches these Terms and Conditions or applicable law. Where required or appropriate, we will cooperate fully with the police, courts, regulators, and local or national authorities, including providing information and records relating to suspected unlawful activity.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Uploaded documents are stored securely and deleted after a reasonable period following completion of the order.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of profit, or reputational damage.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
