2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed from outside the United Kingdom.

3.5 Documents are printed exactly as submitted by the user.

4. File Uploads and Customer Responsibility
4.1 The printle platform only supports PDF files.
4.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded files:
a. Are accurate and complete
b. Contain the correct number of pages
c. Use the intended page size and orientation
d. Are suitable for printing
4.3 printle does not check, verify, or review the content of uploaded documents before printing.
4.4 By uploading a file you confirm that:
a. The document complies with these Terms
b. You have the legal right to reproduce and print the document
c. The document does not contain unlawful or prohibited content
4.5 You accept full responsibility for the content, legality, and accuracy of all documents uploaded.
4.6 printle is not responsible for:
a. Formatting errors
b. Missing pages
c. Cropped content
d. Low resolution files
e. Incorrect document layout
4.7 If we identify content that violates these Terms at any stage of processing, we may:
a. Refuse the order
b. Cancel the order
c. Refuse to print or deliver the document
4.8 In such cases we may retain copies of relevant documents where required for legal, compliance, or investigation purposes.
5. Orders
5.1 All orders must be placed through the printle website.
5.2 Before placing an order you will be shown an order summary. It is your responsibility to check all details carefully before confirming the order.
5.3 Once an order has been confirmed and payment processed, the order enters our printing queue.
5.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
a. Payment cannot be authorised
b. Fraud or suspicious activity is suspected
c. The uploaded content breaches these Terms
d. The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled
5.5 If we cannot fulfil an order, any payment taken will be refunded.
6. Payment Processing
6.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
6.2 Payments are processed securely using Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
6.3 printle does not store full payment card details.
6.4 By placing an order you agree to the processing of payment information by Stripe in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.

7. Printing Process and Quality
7.1 We use professional printing equipment and processes.
7.2 Minor variations in colour, alignment, trimming, or finish may occur due to printing processes and do not constitute defects.
7.3 If you believe your order contains a printing defect caused by our production process, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
7.4 Where a fault is confirmed, we may at our discretion:
a. Reprint the order, or
b. Provide a refund
7.5 Any refund or replacement will be limited to the value of the original order.
8. Delivery
8.1 Orders are delivered within the United Kingdom only.
8.2 Delivery services are provided through Royal Mail or other authorised delivery partners.
8.3 Delivery timeframes displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
8.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by:

14.2 Files may be retained for a reasonable period after an order is completed.
14.3 This retention allows us to:

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
15.1 If you initiate a payment chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

c. Recover associated administrative costs where legally permitted

16. Incorrect Address and Failed Deliveries
