A one-page letter costs £13.27 in total, including printing, a hardbacked envelope and postage. Order before 2pm on a working day and it is posted the same day.
Only need a signature, not a guaranteed day? Add a signature on delivery to Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 at checkout for £1.00 more. Someone has to be in to sign for it.

Recorded delivery, Signed For and Special Delivery: what is the difference?
"Recorded delivery" is the old name for Royal Mail Signed For: the recipient signs when the letter arrives, but it isn't tracked along the way and has no guaranteed delivery time. Special Delivery Guaranteed is also signed for on delivery, and adds tracking and a guaranteed next-day delivery, with compensation from Royal Mail if it's late. printle's Guaranteed option uses Special Delivery, so your letter is signed for and guaranteed.

What proof do you get?
- Royal Mail takes a signature when the letter is delivered.

How to send a letter recorded delivery online
- Write your letter online, start from a letter template, or upload a letter you have already written.
- Enter the delivery address. It can be anyone's, anywhere in the UK, and is separate from your billing details.
- At checkout, choose Guaranteed, then next day or by 1pm.
- We print it, pack it flat in a hardbacked envelope and post it by Special Delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are posted the same day.

01Is this recorded delivery?
Yes, in the sense most people mean: the letter is signed for when it is delivered. Royal Mail's own Recorded Delivery service is now called Signed For. printle sends your letter by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed instead, which is also signed for on delivery and adds tracking and a guaranteed next-day delivery. If you don't need the guaranteed day, add a signature on delivery to Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for £1.00 more.
02How much does it cost to send a letter recorded delivery?

03When will it arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are posted the same day, and Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next working day. If it has to be there by 1pm, choose Special Delivery by 1pm at checkout.
04Can I send it to someone else's address?
Yes. The delivery address is set at checkout and is separate from your billing details, so you can send the letter to anyone in the UK.
05Can I send a document, not just a letter?
Yes. Upload a PDF, Word or PowerPoint file, or a photo, add the delivery address and choose Guaranteed at checkout. We print it and post it by Special Delivery.
06Will the letter be folded?
No. Guaranteed letters are packed flat in a hardbacked envelope and never folded. Only Economy (untracked) letters are folded.
