We exclusively support PDF (Portable Document Format) files for printing because they ensure:

How to Save Your Documents as PDF

From Microsoft Word (Windows)

  1. Open your document in Microsoft Word
  2. Click File in the top menu
  3. Select Save As
  4. Choose where you want to save the file
  5. In the Save as type dropdown, select PDF
  6. Click Save

From Microsoft Word (Mac)

  1. Open your document in Microsoft Word
  2. Click File in the top menu
  3. Select Save As
  4. Choose where you want to save the file
  5. In the File Format dropdown, select PDF
  6. Click Save

From Google Docs

  1. Open your document in Google Docs
  2. Click File in the top menu
  3. Select Download
  4. Choose PDF Document (.pdf)
  5. The PDF will automatically download to your computer

Tips for Best Results

  • Ensure all fonts are embedded in your PDF
  • Check the PDF preview before uploading to ensure correct formatting
  • Use high-quality images (minimum 300 DPI) for best print results
  • Keep your file size under 100MB for optimal upload performance

Order Limits

Please note that we have the following limits per order:

  • Maximum 500 total pages across all documents
  • Maximum 10 files per order
  • Maximum 100MB per file
